Here is a good recipe:
- 1 1/2 cup of cold filtered water
- 2 tbs of apple or grape juice
- 2 tbs of raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of stevia (powdered) if using liquid you only need a few drops.
Instead of the stevia add the raw honey for your sweetener! You could drink it warm like a cider to warm you up on a cold day like today! Make sure your cinnamon is organic too, many spices have food dyes in them.
